Position overview
As a Talent Specialist, you will play a key role in accelerating Axiomatic AI’s hiring engine by building high-quality pipelines for priority technical roles. You will act as an execution-focused hiring partner, ensuring that well-qualified, thoughtfully pre-screened candidates reach the hiring team with clarity, structure, and strong signal-to-noise.
We are hiring globally, with active openings across the United States, Spain, and Canada, and this role will support multi-country searches in a deep-tech environment.
This position sits at the intersection of talent strategy and operational excellence. You will translate role briefs into targeted sourcing strategies, conduct structured pre-screens, and maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and reporting. By combining sourcing precision, candidate experience, and process discipline, you will directly enable faster, higher-quality hiring decisions in an international setting.

Responsibilities
- Drive outbound sourcing for priority roles across relevant channels.
- Translate role briefs and target profiles into targeted searches and talent maps.
- Continuously test and improve sourcing approaches; proactively propose creative solutions.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene by reviewing inbound applicants, cleaning and triaging the funnel, and ensuring only qualified profiles progress.
- On-demand conduct structured pre-screens to assess baseline fit.
- Ensure early validation of essentials (e.g., location/work model constraints, availability/notice period, deal-breakers defined for the role).
- Produce clear screening notes and recommendations aligned to role scorecards.
- Deliver curated shortlists to the hiring team.
- Ensure candidates and interviewers have clear context and timely communication regarding next steps.
- Share market insights based on sourcing reality (talent availability, response patterns, competitor signals, messaging effectiveness).
Key requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent sourcing, ideally in deep tech / AI / engineering environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HR, Business, Economics, Psychology, or related field).
- Strong hands-on sourcing expertise — proven ability to build outbound pipelines using LinkedIn, talent maps, Boolean search, and creative research methods.
- Genuine passion for research and candidate discovery
- Demonstrated ability to translate role briefs into targeted sourcing strategies and structured shortlists with strong signal-to-noise.
- High level of attention to detail and process discipline, ensuring clean pipeline hygiene and accurate documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to conduct structured pre-screens and communicate clearly with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in an international hiring environment.
- Proactive, execution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
