This includes the following responsibilities and opportunities for impact:

  • Video + custom visual content production: Manage assigned video and custom web destination programs from kickoff through delivery.

  •  Client Success partnership: Serve as the primary Production point of contact for Client Success on assigned programs.
    • Provide clear guidance on production requirements, timelines, deliverables and next steps.
    • Maintain consistent visibility into project status so client-facing teams can communicate confidently with advertisers.
    • Help translate client needs and feedback into clear, actionable direction for production partners.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Connect the people and inputs required to successfully execute custom programs.
    • Partner closely with video, design and written leadership.

    • Track key milestones, approvals and dependencies throughout production.
    • Coordinate QA and final delivery checks across video and custom web experiences.
    • Surface timeline, scope or execution risks early and work with the Director of Production and project stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Production process + systems: Strengthen ACH production workflows through disciplined process management and hands-on ownership of the tools that support them.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines and status updates across ACH production workflows.
    • Develop deep expertise in Airtable as ACH’s production operating system, serving as a go-to resource for troubleshooting, dashboard updates and day-to-day system questions.
    • Identify opportunities to improve Airtable workflows, dashboards and reporting to increase visibility, usability and team adoption.
    • Surface recurring friction and recommend improvements to templates, checklists, briefing materials and production processes.
    • Share best practices and help reinforce consistent processes and system usage across the team.

Worthy of your time: Ideal candidates will embody an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for Axios’s mission. Required skills and experience include:

  • Experience in production, project management, creative operations, branded content, digital media or a related field.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively solve problems and know when to escalate.
  • Familiarity with video production, design workflows and custom digital content experiences is a plus.
  • Experience with Airtable or similar workflow and project-management systems is a plus.

Markers of success

  • Client Success and creative teams have a reliable Production partner who brings clarity and accountability to complex programs.
