Overview:
Axle is looking to add a driven, flexible, organized, and meticulous Change Management Specialist to our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing and delivering and comprehensive training program on Change Management in the workplace. The program will include an initial survey/testing to assess staff understanding, development of 4-6 learning sessions (introductory and interactive), and a post-training assessment to evaluate knowledge engagement and improvement in change management practices.
Objectives:
- Provide tailored training through 4-6 learning sessions, including introductory/overview sessions for most topics and one interactive module for practical application.
- Enhance staff understanding and application of change management principles.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training in improving change management capabilities.
Requirements:
- Design a survey or test to assess baseline knowledge of change management, including principles, processes, and best practices and tailor the assessment to gather insights by role (supervisor, employee, leader, team member).
- Create 4-6 learning sessions that cover foundational principles of change management.
- Provide a timeline for session roll-out and ensure accessibility to all staff.
- Multiple sessions for each module to allow for maximum attendance.
- Offer training in a format suitable for virtual delivery
- Design and develop a post-training survey/testing tool and report of knowledge enhancement evaluation.
- Final summary report with recommendations to include knowledge transfer plan to ensure long-term sustainability and application of the training program.
- Design a Monthly Cost, Schedule, Performance Report that includes budget utilization and variance, timeline and milestones achieved, performance metrics, and risk assessment.
- Provide actionable recommendations for sustained change management education and integration into daily practices.
