We are seeking a Financial Analyst with a strong background in financial management, data analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will excel in building dashboards, conducting financial analysis, and leveraging advanced Excel skills to drive operational efficiencies. Experience with ERP implementations or upgrades (especially Microsoft Business Central) is a major plus.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to capture business requirements.

Document user needs and refine financial processes in partnership with subject matter experts.

Source, compile, and analyze data from multiple corporate systems (ERP, HRIS, CRM, etc.).

Present insights in clear, actionable dashboards and reports for leadership decision-making.

Prepare detailed financial reports, models, and analytics to evaluate company performance and inform strategic decisions.

Develop user manuals, standard operating procedures, and training materials as needed.

Analyze current Finance & Accounting (F&A) workflows and identify opportunities for optimization.

Conduct gap analyses and partner with senior team members to propose and implement solutions.

Deliver presentations to management and stakeholders, tailoring the level of detail to the audience.

Utilize tools like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI to effectively share findings and recommendations.

Partner with IT to set up and manage interfaces between the financial system (e.g., Microsoft Business Central) and other corporate applications.

Contribute to ERP-related initiatives, including upgrades, migrations, and process enhancements.

Work closely with the Associate Resources and other internal teams to develop and operationalize business use cases.

Leverage expertise across departments to ensure successful implementation of functional initiatives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial analysis or accounting-related role.

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas).

Experience with Microsoft Business Central or other ERP systems is highly preferred.

Familiarity with financial system implementations or upgrades is a plus.

Ability to gather, document, and interpret business requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Skilled in translating data insights into practical business recommendations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly.

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the utmost care.

Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Self-directed and motivated, with a proven track record of taking initiative to identify needs and propose solutions.

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.

$85,000 - $105,000 USD
