Identify and analyze contract/grant opportunities

Track BD pipeline intelligence, trends, and performance metrics

Provide strategic insights and competitive intelligence to capture/proposal teams

Develop automated dashboards, reports, and executive briefings

Provide CRM and market intelligence platform management and custom development

Manage CRM system with data quality, compliance, and user adoption focus

Gather business requirements and translate into technical solutions

Identify and implement automation opportunities across sales/marketing functions

Provide training, documentation, and technical support for all systems
-
Support marketing automation campaigns and lead generation with GDPR compliance

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field
-
0-5 years of experience in business development, market research, or sales operations

Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar)

Excellent analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Detail-oriented with commitment to data quality and accuracy
