Your Impact
This is a managerial role focused on growing and building a team of business analysts to deploy enterprise software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to position the customer for a successful collaboration in both our current and newly developing markets. What You’ll Do
Location: Hybrid in one of our US based hubs (Atlanta, Boston, Denver, Scottsdale, or Seattle metro areas)
Reports to: Director, Product Enablement
Direct Reports: 4-8 Business Analysts
- Provide management and direction to a team of business analysts, including coaching, mentoring, and managing team members' performance.
- Champion a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous learning, promoting diversity and inclusion and supporting team members' personal and professional growth.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging team members to identify new opportunities for business growth and facilitating the development of new services and processes.
- Develop and implement processes, methodologies, and tools to improve team productivity and effectiveness.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring that project goals are achieved on time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and drive process improvements, ensuring that best practices are shared across the organization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners, to ensure that business objectives are aligned and met.
- Provide regular reporting and communication to senior leadership on team performance, project status, and other key metrics.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience
- Demonstrated experience as a servant leader, with the ability to lead by example, build trust and empower team members to take ownership of their work.
- A commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous learning, with a focus on developing and growing team members both personally and professionally.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player, with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with a track record of driving process improvements and identifying opportunities for team growth and development.
- Preferred experience as a people manager, business analyst, project manager, and/or with working with Law Enforcement
