Your Impact

As an IT Support IV, you will be a cornerstone of that infrastructure, functioning as a technical expert, process innovator, and mentor to the broader IT support team. You’ll take on complex escalations, lead critical IT initiatives, and play a key role in shaping the future of internal IT operations.
What You’ll Do
Location: Onsite at our Scottsdale, AZ Headquarters (WFH 1 day/wk)
Core Hours: 8am to 4pm (Ability to cover other shifts as needed for team coverage; 6am to 2pm or 10am to 6pm)
Reports to: Senior Manager, US IT Support
Direct Reports: N/A
- Serve as the escalation point for IT support issues across Axon’s Scottsdale HQ and remote sites
- Solve hardware and software issues across Mac, Windows and mobile devices
- Partner with InfoSec, End Point Engineering and IT Infrastructure to ensure seamless integration and support of company-wide initiatives
- Lead implementation of new support tools, workflows, and automations that improve user experience and operational efficiency
- Own the onboarding and off-boarding workflow, collaborating with PeopleOps (HR) and Security for a seamless process
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of enterprise systems including JAMF, Intune/AutoPilot, Tanium endpoint management software, ServiceHub, Okta, O365, Zoom and Slack.
- Demonstrate knowledge of enterprise Audio/Video systems troubleshooting
- Collaborate with other technicians around the Globe, providing both technical peer review and development support
- Represent IT in meetings and cross-functional initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor
- Track, analyze, and report on SLA adherence and incident trends to drive continuous improvement
- Audit and enforce IT policies and security practices to ensure compliance with InfoSec and regulatory standards
What You Bring
Basic Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in IT Support or Systems Administration roles
- Advanced experience with enterprise tools such as JAMF, Intune, Okta, O365, Zoom, ServiceNow, Slack and advanced endpoint management
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross-functional projects/activities and introduce scalable IT solutions
- Background in ITSM or ITIL-based support frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to de-escalate high-pressure technical incidents with professionalism and efficiency
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals and identity management (e.g., DNS, DHCP, SSO, MFA)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, JAMF 300/400, CompTIA Security+/CySA+, or equivalent
- Scripting ability in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation and systems optimization

The pay: Axon’s hourly pay philosophy is made up of base pay and bonus. The starting hourly pay for this role is USD 24.88 in the lowest geographic market and USD 39.81 in the highest geographic market. The actual hourly pay is dependent upon many factors such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
