Sr Program Manager, FUSUS Enterprise
Join Axon and be a Force for Good.
At Axon, we’re on a mission to Protect Life. We’re explorers, pursuing society’s most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other.
Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. Here, you’ll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.
At Axon, we are transforming public safety and security through real-time intelligence, and Axon Fusus is at the forefront of this mission. Axon Fusus provides customers with a “single pane of glass” that integrates and connects a wide range of cameras, sensors, and data sources—including CCTV, body-worn, fleet, and ALPR cameras; gunshot detection sensors; AI-driven search functions; and more—to support first responders and keep communities safe.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will be tasked with facilitating growth in the Enterprise business for Axon Fusus. This is a customer-facing role that requires direct interaction with executives at Fortune 500 companies and their senior leaders along with local public safety officials. Your role goes beyond managing projects and you will be expected to dive deep on sales motions, customer operations, product capabilities, and deployment details to solve problems and ensure every customer is a reference customer.
To succeed, you must lead your vision across sales, customer success, professional services, product, engineering, legal, finance, and marketing to align teams and execute initiatives. You will work closely with customer stakeholders—including IT and security operations—to ensure smooth deployments and adherence to security and compliance policies.
A critical aspect of this role is data fluency. You must be proficient in self-served data analytics (e.g., writing SQL), monitoring business metrics, and reporting insights at the right level of detail. You will leverage data to identify trends, measure success, and refine strategies that drive adoption and business growth.
Location: This is a hybrid role (8+ days/month) out of any of our awesome US R&D Hubs (Seattle, Scottsdale, Atlanta, or Boston) so you can easily collab in-person when it’s helpful and be an active part of our vibrant Axon culture.
