Your Impact
As an Axon Account Executive – Caribbean, you will be responsible for selling Axon’s products and services to large and complex Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies. This is a quota-carrying, external field position. Success in this role requires the ability to articulate complex solutions, build and maintain senior-level relationships, navigate across customer agencies and departments, and lead the Axon team to success.

You’ll be expected to provide technical and administrative product information, deliver demonstrations, and conduct product training as needed. You will manage a significant portfolio of customers across the Caribbean, often engaging in high-value, complex sales opportunities worth millions of dollars. Your success will hinge on exceptional relationship-building skills—both externally with clients and internally with cross-functional teams—at operational and executive levels.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow revenue and market share within assigned Caribbean agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and align with Axon’s strategic goals
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute account strategies that deliver meaningful, tailored value propositions
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and account management
  • Understand each customer’s unique workflows and business needs; build and maintain the right contact networks within each account
  • Support strategic execution at the account level and bring in subject matter experts as needed
  • Oversee all account-related activities and communications
  • Accurately forecast revenue, monitor competitive activity, and provide feedback to marketing and product teams
  • Use internal systems to track customer activity and identify additional sales opportunities
  • Provide product training as needed
  • Manage your own expense budget
  • Own the overall customer relationship and satisfaction for assigned accounts

What You Bring

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50-75%
  • Proven track record in software sales, particularly SaaS or cloud-based solutions
  • Experience in relationship-based and consultative selling
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex solutions to a variety of stakeholders
  • Proficiency with CRM tools
  • Solid understanding of cloud and virtualization technologies
  • Strong team player who collaborates well across functions
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for your territory
  • Experience in startup environments or relevant verticals is a plus
  • Law Enforcement, Military, or Public Safety background is a plus
