Your Impact

This role offers a rare opportunity to lead regional marketing strategy and execution across a vast and diverse footprint—including Europe (excluding the UK), LATAM, META (Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa), and Asia-Pacific. The ideal candidate thrives in complexity, operates with empathy and rigor, and excels at driving results across cultures and time zones. You will unify the efforts of multiple regional marketers and orchestrate Axon’s marketing strategy for some of our most dynamic and high-growth markets.
You will lead without direct authority—but with real influence. This role is for a strategic, senior IC who can build and drive cross-regional programs while mentoring and supporting a team of experienced regional marketers.

What You’ll Do

Own the International Regional Marketing Function

  • Act as the strategic and functional lead for Axon’s regional marketers across Europe (excluding the UK) and Emerging Markets (LATAM, META [Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa], and APAC)
  • Set a unified, scalable marketing strategy and planning framework that regional ICs can adapt and execute locally
  • Support regional marketers in building go-to-market plans for their respective territories, ensuring alignment with Axon’s global goals and local market dynamics
  • Maintain visibility into all regional marketing efforts, ensuring prioritization, brand consistency, and smart resource allocation

Guide Strategy Development and Cross-Regional Alignment

  • Facilitate ongoing knowledge sharing, best practice exchange, and campaign alignment across geographies
  • Translate global marketing and product priorities into locally relevant initiatives through close collaboration with regional stakeholders
  • Serve as the connective tissue between central marketing functions (Digital, Product Marketing, Brand, etc.) and regional ICs to ensure cohesive strategy and execution
  • Build planning and reporting rituals to keep leadership informed on regional performance, risks, and opportunities

Campaign Planning & Execution Support

  • Advise and guide regional ICs in developing integrated marketing campaigns that span digital, in-person, PR, and social channels
  • Ensure each regional marketer has the frameworks, assets, and support needed to execute high-impact, measurable programs
  • Support execution of cross-regional campaigns (e.g. product launches, awareness initiatives) with coordinated timelines and messaging
  • Track regional campaign results, drawing insights that feed into future planning

Brand & Public Affairs

  • Ensure Axon’s brand is consistently and powerfully represented across all international markets
  • Partner with Corporate Comms and local PR/public affairs agencies to support awareness and reputation-building in priority geographies
  • Provide guidance on messaging localization and reputation management in alignment with business objectives and local considerations

Events & Field Marketing

  • Support regional marketers and the events team in planning, resourcing, and executing high-quality in-person and virtual events
  • Ensure consistency in regional event strategy and alignment with go-to-market priorities
  • Review and advise on event performance metrics and budget allocation decisions across markets

Sales Enablement & Collaboration

  • Partner closely with regional Sales leaders to align marketing efforts to pipeline and revenue goals
  • Drive development of enablement content and sales support programs tailored to regional needs
  • Ensure regional ICs have tools, assets, and processes to support sales teams effectively and consistently
  • Track marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline performance and continually refine strategy based on learnings

Team Leadership & Development

  • Serve as the functional lead and mentor for a globally distributed team of 8+ regional ICs, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and accountability
  • Foster a strong team culture and sense of shared purpose despite the absence of formal reporting lines
  • Advocate for the team’s needs and priorities within the broader marketing and business organization
  • Build systems that support knowledge-sharing, alignment, and visibility across the team

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, Tech, or Public Safety
  • Proven experience working across Europe (excluding the UK), LATAM, META (Middle East, Türkiye, Africa), and/or APAC
  • Experience functionally leading global/regional teams
  • Strategic mindset paired with strong executional follow-through
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Fluent in English
