Your Impact
As Principal Product Manager – Enterprise GSOC Solutions, you will own the end-to-end product experience for enterprise customers who operate mission-critical Global Security Operations Centers (GSOCs). You will define and execute product strategy that delivers secure, scalable, and interoperable tools to unify real-time video, alarms, sensors, and data into a single live operating picture.
You’ll work directly with customers, field teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure our solutions drive operational clarity, rapid threat assessment, and coordinated responses, while meeting enterprise-grade IT, security, and scalability requirements.
Work Location: This role is based out of our Seattle, WA office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. What You’ll Do
- Own the GSOC product strategy and roadmap within Axon’s RTO portfolio, focusing on real-time threat detection, situational awareness, and multi-agency coordination.
- Deliver modern alternatives to legacy Video Management Systems (VMS), emphasizing security, scalability, AI-powered alerting, and enterprise-grade IT controls.
- Partner closely with enterprise customers (e.g., security directors, SOC/GSOC managers, loss prevention teams) to deeply understand operational workflows, pain points, and unmet needs.
- Translate customer and market insights into actionable product requirements, ensuring alignment with Axon’s broader enterprise and RTO strategy.
- Lead initiatives that unify real-time video, sensors, alarms, access control, and dispatch systems into a single pane of glass for GSOC operators.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, deployment, customer success, and sales engineering to deliver adoption-ready features with measurable value.
- Create scalable onboarding, configuration, and support processes to accelerate enterprise-wide deployments.
- Partner with the GTM, customer success, and finance teams to track adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention metrics—refining the roadmap to drive outcomes.
- Serve as a thought partner and trusted voice of the enterprise security market within Axon, advocating for public-private interoperability and integration partnerships.

- Customer experience leadership: GSOC operators can seamlessly detect, assess, and respond to incidents in real time using Axon’s integrated platform.
- Operational impact: Customers experience measurable reductions in incident response time, improved situational awareness, and higher security team productivity.
- Adoption at scale: Enterprise deployments expand successfully across sites, geographies, and device ecosystems with minimal friction.
- Strategic alignment: Product decisions directly advance Axon’s enterprise and public-private security objectives.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, ideally with physical security, GSOC, or real-time operations solutions.
- Proven ownership of complex, customer-facing enterprise solutions from strategy through deployment and optimization.
- Experience building or integrating with third-party physical security systems (e.g., VMS, access control, alarms, sensors, dispatch platforms).
- Strong technical fluency in real-time data, IoT, and/or video streaming technologies.
- Deep domain knowledge of SOC/GSOC operations and enterprise IT/security environments.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-impact environments—turning strategic opportunities into actionable product plans.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills.
- Comfortable engaging directly with enterprise customers, from on-the-ground operators to C-suite executives.

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 162,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 259,200 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
