Join Axon as a Senior Product Manager I for Shared Customer Experience (SharedCX), part of our Platform pillar, and play a pivotal role in shaping secure, seamless identity and access management across industry-leading customer products. What You’ll Do
Location: This role is based out of our Ho Chi Minh Office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.   • Lead cross-functional product initiatives that drive seamless identity and access management (IAM) experiences across Axon’s customer-facing products, including authentication, authorization, and user provisioning components.
  • Own the full product lifecycle for core SharedCX components such as session management (Session v2/v3), Active Directory synchronization (ADSync), and Admin Console enhancements, ensuring delivery from concept through launch, iteration, and sunset.
  • Serve as an individual contributor by writing product requirements, managing product documentation, and using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma to communicate priorities and align stakeholders.
  • Work across multiple engineering, QA, and design teams, managing roadmaps, sprint priorities, backlog grooming, and cross-org collaboration (e.g., modernization of EDCA aka Evidence.com Admin, auto license provisioning, and in-app CSAT surveys).
  • Drive compliance and security initiatives in partnership with InfoSec and Staff Engineering, ensuring platform features meet evolving government regulations and industry standards (e.g., data residency, audit logging, token expiration policies).
  • Partner with internal stakeholders such as Product Design, Software Engineering, Security, Customer Success, and Operations to shape and launch enterprise-scale features like OAuth integrations, access token lifecycle management, and telemetry-based insights.
  • Manage deprecation and rollout strategies, including soft shutdowns, A/B testing, phased migrations, and communications plans, prioritizing customer impact and technical readiness.
  • Define and track success metrics such as adoption rates, authentication success/failure rates, CSAT scores, and support ticket reduction to measure product impact and guide iteration.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture, advocating for intuitive admin and end-user experiences, and incorporating feedback from enterprise clients and internal customer-facing teams.
  • Contribute to team growth and knowledge-sharing, mentoring junior PMs, promoting cross-team alignment, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement within the SharedCX group.

What You Bring

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a related technical product role; experience in platform domains or identity management is a plus.
  • Proficiency with agile development methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, and Jira.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret data, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver customer-first solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work across diverse global teams and influence without authority.
