Work Location
This role is based out of our Ho Chi Minh Office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.

What You’ll Do
Depending on the position, you may:

• Design, build, and scale high-quality software or embedded systems used by public safety professionals
• Lead teams and projects, driving technical excellence and delivery
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and cross-functional partners
• Contribute to system architecture, code quality, performance, and reliability
• Translate customer and business needs into impactful technical or product solutions
• Mentor others and foster a culture of learning, ownership, and accountability
