Software Engineer II, Enterprise New Markets
Join Axon and be a Force for Good.
At Axon, we’re on a mission to Protect Life. We’re explorers, pursuing society’s most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other.
Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. Here, you’ll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.
Your Impact
As a Software Engineer II on the Enterprise New Markets team, you will help Axon explore, validate, and build new enterprise product ideas by rapidly developing proof-of-concepts and early product iterations. You’ll work hands-on across the stack, building on top of Axon’s existing platform and services, and leveraging AI tools to move quickly from idea to customer feedback.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering execution and product discovery. You’ll partner closely with Product Managers, designers, and real customers to turn loosely defined ideas into working software, iterate based on feedback, and help identify which concepts are worth scaling into full products for Axon’s Enterprise customers across multiple industries.
You are expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy within a well-defined problem space: taking ownership of complex features, clarifying requirements as needed, and delivering high-quality software that integrates cleanly with the Axon ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
Work Location: This role is based out of our Seattle office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
