Your Impact
Join Axon’s Enterprise Professional Services team in a highly visible, field-focused role supporting large Enterprise customers across the country. As a Traveling Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling successful, real-world deployments of Axon’s technology ecosystem, including Fusus and Body-Worn Camera (BWC) Mini solutions.
This role is designed for someone who thrives on being on-site with customers, takes ownership of hands-on work, and performs well in dynamic, fast-moving environments. You will work directly within customer facilities to assess network readiness, conduct Wi-Fi scans, and translate on-the-ground findings into clear, actionable plans that support reliable deployments. Your work will directly impact customer confidence, operational readiness, and long-term success.
What You’ll Do
Location: Based out of one of Axon’s US hub sites (Atlanta, Boston, Denver, Scottsdale, Seattle, or Sterling metro areas)
Travel: Up to 75%
Reports To: Manager, Professional Services
- Serve as a core member of the Professional Services team supporting Enterprise customer implementations across Fusus, BWC Mini, and additional Axon products.
- Lead in-person discovery sessions at customer facilities to understand operational workflows, physical environments, and on-site constraints.
- Conduct Wi-Fi scans and network readiness assessments to support successful deployment of BWC Mini devices in Enterprise environments.
- Partner with customers, Solution Architects, and deployment teams to translate site and network findings into clear deployment and configuration recommendations.
- Capture and document requirements, workflows, technical observations, and deployment considerations in clear, actionable artifacts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated, multi-product solutions aligned to customer operational needs.
- Support configuration of Axon software and hardware solutions in alignment with customer environments and deployment plans.
- Evaluate feasibility, risks, and trade-offs related to network conditions, facility layouts, and operational requirements.
- Support functional and operational User Acceptance Testing to validate solution performance in real-world settings.
- Deliver on-site and remote training to support customer readiness, adoption, and day-to-day use.
- Build trusted working relationships with Enterprise customers while coordinating closely with Axon teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
What You Bring
- Enterprise, Field-Based Experience: Experience supporting Enterprise customers in on-site, customer-facing, or field deployment environments.
- Ownership and Grit: Willingness to take responsibility for hands-on work, follow through on commitments, and adapt when conditions change.
- Composure Under Pressure: Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective while working in live environments, customer facilities, and time-sensitive situations.
- Wi-Fi and Network Fundamentals: Hands-on experience conducting Wi-Fi scans, site surveys, or network readiness assessments; working knowledge of wireless networking concepts.
- Business Analysis Skills: Experience gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and translating findings into clear, usable documentation.
- Technical Collaboration: Comfortable working alongside technical teams and deployment partners to understand constraints and solution options.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Strong Customer Presence: Clear communicator with the ability to engage confidently and respectfully with stakeholders at all levels.
- Team-First Mindset: Works collaboratively across Services, Product, Engineering, and Deployment teams to deliver shared outcomes.

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 63,113 in the lowest geographic market and USD 100,980 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
