Your Impact
Dedrone’s C2 software is the node that unifies our network of sensors, data feeds, and mitigation devices to create clarity for our customers and allow them to rapidly identify and respond to potential threats. As Senior Product Manager for Core C2 UX & Workflows, you will drive the evolution of this platform to ensure that it enables them to effectively defend their airspace. You will work at the intersection of machine learning, computer vision, sensor fusion, and operational software to deliver capabilities that keep pace with rapidly evolving drone threats.
What You'll Do
Location: This role is based out of our Sterling, VA Office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. What You'll Do
- Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core C2 workflows, simplifying the complexity of the cUAS space into an intuitive product that accelerates our customers’ detection, identification, tracking, and response time
- Work closely with Software Engineering, Data Science, UX / Design, and QA teams to ship response workflows that hold up under real-world operator pressure
- Partner with the Mitigation & Threat Management, Sensor Fusion & ML, and Solutions product teams to ensure a fully integrated product experience that meets the range of Dedrone customer use-cases
- Drive customer validation through direct engagement with law enforcement, military, and critical-infrastructure operators
- Implement AI agents to reinvent how you ship products and 10x your product team’s effectiveness
What You Bring
- 5+ years of product management experience shipping user-facing software products, including experience with AI/ML
- A passion for understanding customers’ challenges and objectives and a proven track record shipping operator-facing products used under stress
- The ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into well-defined product requirements and technical specifications
- A talent for collaborating with agile software development teams to turn complex technical processes into intuitive and effective user workflows
- The ability to combine speed of execution with an uncompromising commitment to quality
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking product metrics to drive decisions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
- Working knowledge of counter-UAS

- Experience using agentic AI to accelerate product development and deployment
- Background in defense tech, aviation, or first-responder software
- Experience with real-time distributed systems
- Existing, prior, or ability to obtain US Secret Security Clearance
