Your Impact
In this role, you’ll act as a key player in Axon’s direct to customer fulfillment process — ensuring that every order moving from our suppliers to our customers is ordered accurately, shipped with efficiency, and completed with precision. You’ll own the system transactions that keep our purchase order data clean and our internal stakeholders informed, enabling smooth delivery experiences and reliable visibility across teams. What You’ll Do
Location: Onsite at our Scottsdale, AZ office 4 days a week
Reports to: Sr. Purchasing Manager
Direct Reports: 0
- Own end-to-end dropship PO execution, including SKU readiness, pricing validation, and timely PO creation within the ERP system
- Review and validate sales order inputs to ensure alignment with supplier capabilities and correct PO creation
- Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies across sales orders, purchase orders, and supplier confirmations to prevent fulfillment or invoicing delays
- Partner with suppliers and internal teams to troubleshoot order exceptions
- Support forecasting and supply planning activities by monitoring demand signals, supplier constraints, and inventory positioning
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and support compliance efforts through accurate transaction handling and system integrity
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements across dropship workflows, including system enhancements and automation opportunities
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, operations, or a similar role in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and correct discrepancies across large data sets
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-volume environments where accuracy and timing directly impacts performance
- Proficiency in ERP or inventory management systems and confidence navigating multiple system workflows
- Solid understanding of supply chain or fulfillment processes, especially related to receiving, order flow, and inventory tracking
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Effective communicator who can document, escalate, and problem-solve with professionalism and ownership
- Curiosity and drive to learn new systems, improve processes, and contribute ideas to enhance team efficiency

Work Location
This role is based out of our Scottsdale office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesday through Friday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Monday, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
