Job Description

At Axon, we're on a mission to Protect Life. We're explorers, pursuing society's most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other.

Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. Here, you'll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.

Your Impact

As Channel Partners Program Manager, you will operate and help build Axon's international Partner Program from the ground up, keep the systems and data behind those relationships clean and reliable, and enable distributors and in-market Axon teammates day-to-day. International distributors play a critical role in Axon's international markets and are viewed as valued partners, not simply distributors. Reporting to the Sr. Director of International Sales Ops, you'll act as a key program operations contact, supporting distributor relationships in coordination with local and regional Axon teams.

This is an execution-focused role: hands-on program operations with real input into how the Partner Program is structured and scaled as it grows.

What You'll Do

Partner Program Development

  • Own the design and rollout of a formal partner strategy and program  — defining structure (tiers, requirements, benefits, etc.) and documenting program guidelines.
  • Define and track program participation and performance metrics — reporting to stakeholders and communicating program updates, requirements, and milestones to distributors.
  • Drive design and execution toward the program’s primary objective — distributors who support customers effectively, operate independently, and contribute to scalable growth across markets.

Partner Systems & Data

  • Own day-to-day administration of Axon’s distributor-facing platform(s) and pipeline systems, including user access, setup, and configuration.
  • Define and maintain data quality across distributor and pipeline records — working with distributors and internal teams to correct errors and prevent recurrence.
  • Enable and maintain distributor-facing documentation, FAQs, and other resources so distributors and in-market teammates can self-serve on routine program and system questions.

Partner Support & Enablement

  • Supervise distributor onboarding and training lifecycle — from new-distributor onboarding and guidance on Axon's tools, processes, and resources through established-distributor enablement (e.g., updates, refresh, recertification).
  • Support as a key program operations contact for international distributors — supporting relationships alongside local and regional Axon teammates and partner managers.
  • Track Axon product updates across the portfolio and drive distributor readiness — ensuring impacted distributors are informed and equipped.
  • Enable distributor readiness by coordinating Axon product updates across the portfolio and — ensuring impacted distributors are informed and equipped.
  • Support internal teams to efficiently resolve distributor questions, support requests, and escalate as needed.
  • Gather feedback from distributors and relay it to the appropriate internal teams to inform program and process improvements.

Partner Commercial Support

  • Enable distributor-led orders, ensuring accuracy and timely inclusion in the sales pipeline.
  • Support distributors through order fulfillment — coordinating with order management, fulfillment, and other internal teams to resolve blockers and keep distributors informed on status.

Cross-Functional Program Operations

  • Coordinate with internal teams to align program rules, support expectations, and escalation paths across Sales, Marketing, Product, GRO/RMA, PSO, and Compliance.
  • Support distributors as the first line for routine issues, with defined escalation to GRO/RMA, PSO, and other Axon functions as needed.
  • Escalate systemic issues or larger strategic opportunities to the Sr. Director of International Sales Ops.

What You'll Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in channel/partner operations, customer success, sales operations, or a related support/coordination role
  • Comfort working directly with external partners/customers, including non-native English speakers across regions
  • Strong attention to detail, especially around data accuracy and process consistency
  • Comfort using CRM, reporting, and productivity tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, Google Workspace, or similar platforms
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset — comfortable owning the "unglamorous" admin work that keeps a program running smoothly
  • Ability to manage multiple partner requests and priorities at once without losing track of details
  • Confidence presenting information clearly to partners and internal teams
  • Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify process improvements and help turn ideas into practical actions
  • Demonstrated alignment with Axon's values: Own it, Join Forces, and Expect Candor

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience supporting a partner or partner-facing platform or tool.
  • Exposure to channel program design (tiering, certification, incentives).
  • Experience working with international partners or partners.
  • Experience supporting public sector, law enforcement, government, technology, SaaS, or hardware sales channels.
  • Experience supporting partner communications, training, onboarding, or business reviews.
