We are seeking an adaptable and hardworking Senior Account Executive (SAE) to join our vibrant team in the healthcare communications sector. In this role, you will collaborate on fast-paced, science-driven accounts and support the delivery of advanced medical communications programs. Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Client Interaction: Participating in client meetings and teleconferences and preparing accurate post-call minutes promptly for review.
- Client Care: Attending to clients’ needs diligently, adapting to their unique communication and working styles.
- Project Briefs: Drafting and refining simple project briefs in consultation with clients, under the guidance of senior colleagues, to accurately define projects.
- Event Support: Assisting in the tactical implementation of events, gaining proficiency in compliance requirements and best practices for stakeholder engagement and events (face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid).
- Team Briefings: Contributing to internal briefings, aiming to exceed client expectations in all aspects of service delivery.
- Project Tracking: Tracking and reporting on project progress to the account lead, flagging issues and requesting input when necessary.
- Capacity Management: Highlighting potential capacity needs or issues on designated projects to senior team members, ensuring prompt communication so they can be addressed.
- Continuous Learning: Encouraging a culture of continuous learning and development by participating in initiatives beyond core responsibilities, such as Diversity & Inclusion programs or networking events.

Candidate must have:
- Relevant account handling experience in healthcare consultancy
- A team–focused mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control
- Basic presentation skills
- Good understanding of science, educated to a minimum degree level (Life Science an advantage)
- Experienced in Microsoft Office as well as compliance with/understanding of industry codes and regulations
