The Role
AXS is seeking a Sr Product Analyst to join our team in Tempe, AZ. This position will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analyses, developing dashboards and forecasts, and communicating findings to a variety of audiences.  This role will also collaborate closely with Product Managers to identify success criteria and support the implementation, maintenance and continual optimization of existing and new digital experience technologies.

 


What Will You Do?
•    Evaluate digital performance to identify improvement opportunities and create detailed audience insights.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to compile and analyze data across our digital platforms and services.
•    Design and implement measurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
•    Conduct audits of data collection practices to ensure alignment with business goals and industry standards.
•    Define and establish product key performance indicators (KPIs) that link directly to business outcomes and strategic goals.
•    Develop and refine analytical reports and dashboards for diverse organizational needs.
•    Utilize data and analytics to influence product strategies and refine key performance metrics
•    Lead projects on audience intelligence, including behavioral segmentation and profiling using diverse data sources.
•    Manage testing and optimization initiatives, coordinating with various teams to enhance digital experiences and designs.
•    Contribute to personalization efforts by researching and implementing innovative strategies and methodologies

 

What Will You Bring?
•    BA/BS Degree (4-year) (Advanced Degree Preferred)
•    4-6 years’ experience in digital or web analytics
•    Proven ability to distill large datasets into clear, actionable insights.
•    Strong communication skills for articulating complex data and findings.
•    Proficiency in analyzing data from platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, LogRocket, Hotjar and/or FullStory.
•    Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical teams for analytics implementation across web and mobile platforms.
•    Skilled in Microsoft Excel and familiar with data visualization tools like Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau.
•    Experience in experimentation tooling like Adobe Target, Optimizely, etc.
•    Adept at using analytics to drive decision-making and optimize digital strategies.
•    Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and capturing emerging trends.
•    Independent initiative-taker with goal-oriented drive.
•    Ability to support digital product development with insightful analytics.
•    Experience in preparing presentations tailored to different audiences.
•    Understanding of Agile methodologies.
•    Proven track record in managing internal and external partnerships.
