AXS is thrilled to be expanding its operations in our Tokyo office. This move comes as our company continues to grow its global footprint.
THE ROLE
This position is ideal for individuals who are looking to develop their skills and take on more responsibilities over time. You’ll be expected to understand the company’s business and work collaboratively with your team to meet goals. As you gain experience, you'll focus on mastering your tasks, building expertise, and handling routine challenges on your own. You’ll also have the opportunity to expand your role by taking on new challenges, sharing ideas, and receiving feedback to improve continuously. Over time, this position will help you grow into a more independent and skilled professional within the organization.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Configure and verify systems for ticket sales
- Test system behavior
- Monitor systems during event days (occasional on-site work may be required)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, including weekends and holidays (shift work)
- Respond to client inquiries and system requests, providing accurate and timely solutions
- Handle settlement process, including detailed statements, estimates, and invoices
- Participate in client meetings and discussions
- Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Complete tasks as assigned by the company or supervisor.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Comfortable using PCs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and good at data entry
- Willing to travel for business
- Good at working with a team and communicating
- Enjoy helping others and being appreciated
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and take initiative
- Japanese language proficiency at N1 level
- Advantage for those who can speak English in daily conversations
- Passionate about live entertainment and sports
