  • Help evolve the AXS design system and contribute to a culture of design excellence across the organization.
  • Advocate for accessibility, responsiveness, and industry best practices across all platforms.
  • Act as a mentor and thought leader within the design team, providing feedback, guidance, and support to fellow designers.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong focus on consumer-facing e-commerce experiences.
  • Proven track record of delivering elegant, data-informed design solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and mobile-first best practices.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful work on consumer products, ideally in entertainment, ticketing, or related industries.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for live events and a desire to shape how fans connect with unforgettable experiences.
