The Role
AXS is looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our Product Management team as an Associate Product Manager. In this role you will be responsible for supporting identity and account management capabilities, including authentication, profile management, preferences, ticket ownership and management, account-linked experiences across consumer and partner platforms. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality products that meet business needs. You will contribute to the future product direction by analyzing customer feedback, monitoring product performance, and making recommendations. You will participate in the product and feature discovery process, help elicit requirements, and ensure alignment with strategic initiatives and business goals.
What You’ll Do?
- Own the day-to-day execution and delivery support for agile squads, including leading sprint ceremonies (standups, planning, grooming, reviews, retros).
- Manage product intake of questions, blockers, and daily operational needs from Engineering, QA, and cross-functional partners to unblock progress.
- Write and prioritize Jira tickets to maintain a healthy and well-organized backlog.
- Assist in product discovery by gathering user insights, analyzing data, and contributing to hypotheses that improve fan engagement and account usability.
- Assist in design and support A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate product changes and optimize fan experiences.
- Monitor product performance and track key metrics; use product data and analytics to identify opportunities to improve product reliability and usability.
- Partner with stakeholders to validate requirements, support feature rollout, collect feedback and ensure delivery aligns with client and market needs.
- Support the documentation of product processes, release notes, and operational workflows for internal teams.
What Will You Bring?
- 1-3 years’ experience in a Product Management/Product Owner Role.
- Strong execution skills, with demonstrated experience managing sprint ceremonies, backlogs, and cross-functional coordination across engineering and QA.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and structured documentation.
- Familiarity with product management and development tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven product optimization.
- Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams, across geographies including executive management, product management, operations, legal, sales, and marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with B2C/B2B2C products or account-based products is a plus.
- Experience in live entertainment, ticketing, or adjacent industries (such as sports, venue management, or hospitality) is a plus.
Pay Scale: $85,000 - $100,000
Bonus: This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
