About The Role

Axuall is seeking an accomplished, energetic, and highly motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our Product team at a pivotal moment in our growth. This is a unique, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of product delivery and revenue generation: you will be responsible for key customer-facing insights and serve as a partner to our Sales team in winning new business.

You'll work closely with Axuall's Data Scientist to develop advanced analytical insights into healthcare provider profiles using sophisticated modeling techniques. You'll bring that same rigor to customer-facing dashboards, utilization trends, and ROI storytelling across Axuall’s provider recruiting, credentialing, and directory management solutions.  You will then carry it into presales, helping prospective health systems see, in their own data, what Axuall can do for them.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, a self-starter, diligently organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a passion for excellence and values education, integrity, innovation, and success.

What You’ll Do

This role will focus on delivering data insights and analytics capabilities across Axuall’s customer base and go-to-market functions. You will be the analytical engine behind our customer-facing reporting, helping health systems understand the value Axuall delivers across provider recruiting, credentialing, and directory management. We are looking for people who feel comfortable taking on bold initiatives, who are both highly accountable and self-empowered. Some of the specific functions and responsibilities of this role include:

Customer Product Delivery

  • Build and maintain customer-facing dashboards and reports that surface utilization trends, workforce insights, and automation ROI across provider recruiting, credentialing, and directory management
  • Own the data analyst function across Axuall's customer-facing products, ensuring that reports, dashboards, and visualizations are accurate, insightful, and directly valuable to health system clients
  • Translate complex provider workforce data into clear, intuitive visualizations that health system stakeholders, from operations to the executive suite, can act on

Presales & Proof of Concept

  • Partner with the Sales team to produce data-driven proof of concept reports for prospective clients, demonstrating in their own data what Axuall's products can deliver
  • Develop reusable POC templates and frameworks that scale consistently across the sales cycle

Advanced Analytics & Data Science Collaboration

  • Work closely with and assist Axuall's Data Scientist in building complex analytical models and deep insights on clinicians and providers that are delivered directly to health system customers

Data Source Analysis & Integration

  • Analyze new data sources to understand how they connect to Axuall's provider data model and evaluate how they can be leveraged across our products
  • Document and communicate data relationships and integration opportunities to product and engineering teams

Data Quality

  • Assist the data science and engineering teams in maintaining robust data quality standards across the platform, identifying anomalies, gaps, and inconsistencies before they reach customers

What You’ll Bring

Candidates for the Senior Data Analyst role must demonstrate hands-on experience and knowledge of industry best practices in the functions listed above. Specific requirements include:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI Analyst or similar role
  • A deep understanding of healthcare data, especially claims data, provider specialties, referral, quality, and utilization dynamics. Familiarity with claims coding standards such as CPT, ICD, and UB-04 a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one BI/visualization tool (Omni, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent)
  • Strong data wrangling skills and comfort working with messy, real-world datasets
  • Experience building customer-facing dashboards or reports, including presenting findings to executive and operational audiences
  • Ability to translate data findings into clear, non-technical business narratives for executive and operational audiences
  • Experience supporting presales, solution engineering, or proof-of-concept functions is a plus
  • Familiarity with healthcare data concepts (Claims data, credentialing data) is a plus
  • Python or R for data analysis and automation is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess a proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
