To succeed as Aylo’s Senior Graphic Designer, you will need to be a cross-functional champ who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and creating Aylo’s visual identity from the ground up – from brand guidelines, to corporate material, merchandise and social media. You will be the go-to-person in charge of re-imagining existing designs, and responsible for continuously updating and enhancing our corporate visual identity.
What you'll be doing:
- Oversee all design projects, corporate branding, and imagery, in digital and physical forms, from conception to delivery.
- Design original corporate material, including illustrations, infographics, websites, intranet assets, posters, handbooks, PowerPoint decks, Microsoft Word guides, merchandise, etc.
- Develop and establish brand guidelines for Aylo.
- Maintain and update our corporate visual identity.
- Image retouching and image manipulation, logo conception, and icon illustration.
- Maintain image and video storage systems and create new ones as needed.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure execution is in line with overall corporate vision.
- Meeting deadlines while maintaining a high quality corporate creative vision.
- Balance workload and manage cross-functional requests.
- Continuously work on process improvement.
What you'll need to be successful:
Must haves:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience including website design experience
- College diploma in related field
- Expert knowledge of Above Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- UI/UX design experience
- Artistic, proactive, and hands-on approach
Nice to haves:
- Experience with motion graphics
