As a system administrator, get the chance to work in a Windows/Linux based environment. What you'll be doing: 

  • Install, configure, administrate, manage and support on-premise, Virtual and Cloud servers and services
  • Datacenter management including evolution, maintenance, and setup for new systems
  • Contribute to and maintain system standards
  • Work with monitoring tools; manage access and permissions; maintain appropriate configurations; provide recommendations on system improvements
  • Research and recommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks
  • Work within the IT team to implement new technologies
  • Participate in maintaining and administering the existing infrastructure
  • Provide and maintain updated documentation for all systems supported
  • Managing/leading projects

What you'll need to be successful:

Must Haves:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills ENG/FR
  • At least 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar senior role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server/Online
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Active Directory, group policy and multisite
  • Strong knowledge of configuration, management and maintenance of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
  • Strong knowledge of VMWare
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune
  • Solid experience with server hardware
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure Services
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Network knowledge at System level
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Administration and Maintenance

Nice to Haves:

  • Knowledge of Backup technologies (Networker)
  • Knowledge of Linux OS Administration
  • Experience with ServiceNow
