User Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented User Acquisition Manager to join our team in Nicosia. As the manager the acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our products by acquiring and converting new users. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic user acquisition campaigns and driving high-quality user traffic achieving key performance metrics.
What you'll be doing:
- User Acquisition Strategy: Develop, execute, and continually refine the user acquisition strategy for our adult products.
- Budget Management: Manage the user acquisition budget effectively to maximize ROI. Monitor costs and analyze the performance of ad networks used.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze the campaign performance, KPIs, and conversion metrics. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Analyze the existing user acquisition funnel, own acquisition’s product development roadmap and prioritize your stakeholder’s requests accordingly.
- A/B Testing: Test out new product feature enhancements to optimize traffic conversion and increase new user registrations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on user acquisition strategies. Collaborate with the SEO team, as well as the media buying and affiliate sales teams to grow our ad networks and the production teams to drive, develop, and execute user acquisition strategies for our products.
- Communication: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate progress, updates, and challenges. Provide regular weekly and monthly reports.
What you'll need to be successful:
Must haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field
- At least 5+ years of experience in user acquisition and/or product management
- A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
- Previous experience in the creation and execution of acquisition strategies
- Proven success reaching and surpassing acquisition KPI’s
- Data insights driven
- Excellent communication and project management skills
