We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Trust & Safety QA Analyst to join our team. As someone with prior experience in QA or Trust & Safety functions, you’ll be trusted to independently identify emerging trust issues, lead testing investigations, and escalate risk signals before they become stakeholder-impacting incidents.
You’ll work closely with teams in payments, Trust & Safety Regulations, engineering, content, and compliance teams to ensure a secure, respectful, and policy-compliant experience across our digital platforms.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct full lifecycle QA of features and site components with deep attention to payments, T&S regulations, and edge case abuse detection.
- Lead and own small to mid-scope QA investigations into trust-related incidents or compliance uncertainty.
- Manage testing of safety-critical features like consent flows, age assurance, and cross-product visibility rules.
- QA the business logic that underpins trust systems, policy enforcement, or payment protocols.
- Escalate meaningful integrity risks and compliance breakdowns via structured analysis and reporting.
- Identify blind spots in existing processes and introduce risk-based coverage via custom or expanded test cases.
- Contribute to unofficial onboarding or knowledge sharing for junior QA staff..
Must -Haves:
- 4+ years of experience in QA, Trust & Safety, or abuse-prevention functions, ideally for consumer-facing platforms.
- Proven ability to own moderate-scope testing projects or incident QA reviews independently.
- Fluent in T&S thinking — you're comfortable investigating policy circumvention, transactional integrity, or usability bugs.
- Solid analytical skills and inquisitive mindset — able to detect red flags early and trace root causes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently manage tasks across multiple projects.
- Senior to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills — you understand and apply formulas and use Excel in your day-to-day validation or reporting work.
- Comfortable turning unclear investigations into structured test plans and documented outcomes.
- Ability to handle adult content professionally and apply T&S frameworks thoughtfully.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience using tools like Qase, TestRail, Jira, or customized test repositories.
- Experience building or improving risk-related QA coverage, even informally.
- Familiarity with Trust & Safety Regulations (Age assurance, ARL etc.).
- Knowledge of platform policy systems, flagging flows, or appeals mechanics.
- Basic exposure to content review tooling, browser DevTools, or QA/debugging utilities.
As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees
In this role you may be exposed to adult content
