We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager to work on our market-leading Nutaku Game Publishing portfolio in our Nicosia office. The Publishing group manages and operates our games as a live service. We drive user acquisition, collaborations, promotions and activity-driven in-game events for our partners. We are looking to add another ambitious, highly motivated team player to our fast-growing group of professionals.
What you will be doing:
- Contribute to creating compelling Go-to-Market strategies for upcoming products and support the performance of our current top tier games;
- Create outstanding customer-facing Marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams;
- Working closely with game/product teams internally and externally in optimizing their events and services provided to customers;
- Support our continuous efforts in improving audience/market segmentation in both Europe and North America;
- Collaborate with our licensing teams to improve our network in our target markets and regions;
- Improving our B2C communication through A/B testing campaign messaging and content;
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns on popular social media platforms such as Discord, Reddit, and X;
- Collaborate with models to plan and execute effective influencer marketing campaigns;
- Other tasks related to Brand Marketing.
What you will need to be successful:
Must haves:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in brand marketing and/or copywriting;
- Experience in the gaming or adult industry is preferred;
- Passion for mobile and PC gaming;
- Interest or background in adult entertainment culture;
- Strong desire to permanently grow as a professional;
- Collaborative, supportive mindset and willingness to communicate pro-actively with people on a daily basis;
- Fluency in English;
- Ability to strive in a fast-paced environment;
- Being self-motivated, competitive and results-oriented;
- Experience marketing on Steam is an asset.
