Software Developer II (Node.JS/JavaScript)

Seeking a Software Developer who is particularly proficient in JavaScript and motivated to learn JavaScript frameworks in-depth. As a member of a growing team, you will have a mandate to take part in all stages of the web development life cycle. You will have the opportunity to develop on some the world’s most highly trafficked websites.
What you'll be doing:
- Implement and launch NodeJs applications and web services
- Develop frontend applications using React
- Perform peer code review and offer recommendations for improvements
- Analyse requirements and provide solutions
- Oversee and monitor server performance
- Collaborating in testing, validation along with QA team.
What you'll need to be successful:
Must haves:
- 3+ years of experience working with Frontend Frameworks (React)
- 3+ years of experience in NodeJS/JavaScript ES6
- Experience working with Module Bundlers (Webpack, Vite)
- Experience working with Server-Side Rendering
- Experience working with Web Sockets (Socket.io)
- Experience working with Redis / Elasticsearch
- Good CSS knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of software design principles
- Excellent analysis, problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with GIT process and Linux
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to deal with constantly changing technical priorities
- Experience in dealing with large scale web site that receive millions of visits per day
- Excellent communication skills in English
Nice-to-haves:
- Knowledge of other backend language is a plus
