Product & Monetization Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product & Monetization Manager to drive go-to-market strategies and growth for our streaming platforms. You will own product positioning, market strategy, and launch execution for our existing subscription service and new AI platform, while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and creative teams.
What you'll be doing:
- Define go-to-market strategies and product positioning for both platforms, ensuring clear value propositions and competitive differentiation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product roadmap decisions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies focusing on user acquisition, retention, and product adoption.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to influence feature prioritization based on market insights and customer feedback.
- Lead product launches and campaign execution across digital platforms, from beta testing to full market rollout.
- Develop product messaging frameworks and collaborate with creative teams to create marketing materials that communicate product benefits effectively.
- Analyze user behavior and product performance using analytics tools, conducting A/B testing to optimize product adoption and user onboarding.
- Own pricing strategy and packaging recommendations based on competitive landscape and customer value analysis.
- Create SEO-optimized content and manage community engagement to drive product awareness.
What you'll need to be successful:
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in digital/technology sector.
- 5+ years managing product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- 2+ years of experience in leadership.
- Experience working with product and engineering teams in agile environments.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in user behavior analysis and conversion optimization.
- Proven track record in product positioning and competitive strategy.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously.
