Sr. Manager, Creator Community & Growth

Los Angeles, California

Established in 2004, we are a tech pioneer offering world-class adult entertainment and games on some of the internet’s safest and most popular platforms. With the support of an international team of dynamic and collaborative innovators, we are on a mission to enable safe user experiences and empower our communities by celebrating diversity, inclusion, and expression — all while maintaining robust trust-and-safety protocols.

We embrace the best of both worlds! Local talent can thrive in our collaborative office space with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, while remote team members play an integral role in shaping our dynamic culture from afar. We have offices in Montreal (Quebec), Austin (Texas) and Nicosia (Cyprus).

As a Sr. Manager, Creator Community & Growth, you will serve as the bridge between our platform and the adult creator community, with clear accountability for creator-driven growth, retention, and platform adoption. Drawing from your deep understanding of the creator ecosystem, you'll drive platform growth through authentic community engagement, measurable creator acquisition, activation initiatives and meaningful relationship building. You'll be the voice of creators within our organization while representing our brand authentically within the creator community, balancing creator advocacy with platform objectives, compliance requirements, and sustainable growth goals.

What you'll be doing:

  • Actively participate in creator communities, forums, and social networks to gather real-time feedback on platform features, industry trends, and creator pain points across our platform and competitors, translating qualitative insights into quantified themes, trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Leverage your community connections and industry knowledge to identify, attract, and onboard high-value content creators who align with our platform values and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, compliance and marketing teams to gather critical data and insights to conduct comprehensive impact assessments, enabling the development of data-informed action plans and communication approaches for platform changes, policy updates, and new features affecting creators and community members.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel creator communications strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and correct usage of new features, tools, policies, and programs, with success measured through engagement, adoption, sentiment, and retention metrics.
  • Serve as our primary representative at international adult industry events, conventions, and creator meetups, supporting creator acquisition goals, strengthening brand presence, and gathering competitive intelligence to inform growth strategy.
  • Act as the voice of creators in internal discussions, providing insights that inform product development, feature prioritization, and platform enhancements, with a focus on revenue impact, creator satisfaction, and scalability.
  • Build and maintain authentic relationships with top-tier creators, emerging talent, and industry influencers to foster long-term platform loyalty, advocacy, and reduced creator churn.
  • Monitor industry developments, platform changes, creator sentiment, and emerging opportunities to inform short- and long-term creator growth strategies.
  • Stay current on competitor platforms, features, incentive structures, and creator migration patterns to identify growth opportunities, retention risks, and competitive threats.
  • Establish systematic processes for gathering, analyzing, and reporting creator feedback, linking creator insights to business outcomes and KPIs.
  • Travel internationally for industry events.

What you'll need to be successful:

Must haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within creator relations, community management, and/or creator acquisition, engagement and retention.
  • Current or recent hands-on experience as a content creator in the adult entertainment industry or demonstrated experience in a senior role supporting a community of creators (such as community management leadership, head of creator relations, or senior platform support roles).
  • Deep understanding of creator challenges, monetization strategies, audience building, and community dynamics.
  • Established network within the adult creator community with authentic relationships and industry credibility, including access to high-performing and emerging creators.
  • Experience collaborating across departments to gather and synthesize quantitative and qualitative information, turning insights into actionable growth, product, or policy recommendations.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel communication strategies that effectively reach creators and industry stakeholders, driving measurable outcomes such as feature adoption, sentiment improvement, or behavioral change.
  • Deep platform knowledge across multiple adult content platforms (OnlyFans, ManyVids, Chaturbate, etc.) from a creator perspective, including monetization models, incentives, and migration drivers.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with ability to speak authentically to creator audiences and professionally to corporate stakeholders.
  • Comfort with extensive travel (30-40%) for international industry events and creator meetups, and relationship-building activities.
  • Cultural competency to work effectively with diverse creator communities across regions, demographics and content categories.
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of creator economics, platform monetization, lifecycle metrics, and growth levers.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with creator coaching, consulting, or agency work.
  • Multilingual capabilities for international creator outreach.
  • Background in adult industry marketing or brand partnerships.
  • Experience with creator tool development or platform features.
  • Social media influence or following within the creator community, used to drive education, trust, or adoption rather than promotion alone.

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000 annually. Actual base pay within this range will be determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, competencies, internal equity, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for participation in the Company’s performance-based bonus program as part of its total rewards package.

This is a remote position (no local office in L.A.) with travel requirements as outlined in the job description.

As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees

In this role you may be exposed to adult content
