As our SQA Developer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining our automated testing infrastructure to ensure the quality and reliability of our ad tech platform. You'll develop automated test scripts, build reusable testing tools, and collaborate closely with our QA and development teams to continuously raise the bar on quality. Beyond automation, you'll also stay connected to the product through hands-on manual testing, helping to translate real user scenarios into robust, scalable test coverage. You'll be joining a team of outgoing individuals who share a great dynamic and are part of a fantastic company culture that promotes flexibility and balance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Perform basic SQA development and testing automation following established quality development procedures
  • Assist with routine SQA tasks including test script development, automation support, and quality documentation using standard development processes
  • Support QA teams with development preparation activities, testing organization, and basic coordination tasks
  • Process routine testing requests and maintain accurate QA records while ensuring quality and compliance
  • Prepare basic testing reports and development summaries using standard templates and SQA guidelines
  • Assist with QA updates by gathering testing data and preparing preliminary analysis for senior staff review
  • Monitor SQA development effectiveness during testing processes and document findings for continuous improvement purposes

What you'll need to be successful:

Must haves:

  • 2+ years of experience in Automation Testing using Java/Groovy /Python
  • 1-3 years of experience in Manual Software Quality Assurance
  • Experience with bug tracking software, such as Jira
  • Good understanding of Katalon, TestProject, Selenium
  • Good understanding of Mobile and Desktop browser testing & browser support
  • Experience with Git Repository Management Tools(Git Lab , Bitbucket etc)
  • Experience working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLabs)
  • Knowledge of multiple scripting or programming language
  • Experience with API Testing
  • Experience in Cross Browser Automation and Mobile Emulators (eg. BrowserStack)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, easy-to-understand language

Nice to haves:

  • Demonstrated judgment reviewing and correcting AI-generated code
  • Evidence of having restructured workflows around AI, beyond occasional use
  • Hands-on experience building or configuring AI agents and automated workflows
