Real Estate Paralegal

The Real Estate Paralegal will support the legal and real estate team by managing land-related agreements, coordinating title and survey reviews, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and administer land agreements, leases, easements, deeds, assignments, title objection letters, and other real estate documents;
- Maintain and organize land records, contracts, and title documents to ensure accessibility and compliance;
- Coordinate real estate acquisitions; title and survey reviews, working with attorneys or external consultants to resolve issues;
- Track critical dates, including lease expirations, renewal options, and compliance deadlines;
- Conduct research on land ownership, zoning, and permitting requirements to support project development;
- Communicate with landowners, governmental agencies, and internal stakeholders regarding land-related matters;
- Support due diligence efforts for site acquisitions and divestitures, ensuring documentation accuracy;
- Other duties as required or assigned.
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in land administration, real estate, or a legal support role, preferably within energy, infrastructure, or development industries;
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies;
- Strong understanding of real estate agreements, title insurance and surveys;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Compensation and Location:
Salary: A base salary commensurate with experience;
Bonus: An annual bonus will be awarded based on individual performance and the overall success of the business;

Location: Hybrid (USA). Ability to work in the United States is a requirement. Preference is given to candidates located in Austin, TX, or willing to relocate;
