The Azurity Accounting Team is searching for a GTN Analyst to join the team as we enable the business to make profitable and well-founded decisions. The GTN Analyst is a well-rounded team contributor who can assist the GTN team in reaching its goals.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The GTN Analyst supports the GTN team in successfully managing Gross to Net Revenue operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting a team based in the US and India. The areas of responsibility directly under the GTN Analyst are Gross to Net accounting transactions (including Revenue transactions) and some Order to Cash Processing activities. The GTN Analyst has the responsibility to:
- Present gross to net revenue information by product to key stakeholders
- Process gross to net accruals versus actual amounts processed
- Ensure timely delivery of accurate financial statements and flux analysis, including closing the month with a target of 5-7 days
- Ensure proper accounting processes, policies and internal controls and implement improvements, where possible
- Maintain accounting and financial process documentation
- Key player in the annual external financial statement audit
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- An undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- 1 year of GL experience
- Accounting experience with clear progression,
- A hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves approach and a strong sense of urgency
- Detail-oriented and organized. A problem-solver who can quickly assess ambiguous situations, chart a prudent course and gain buy-in.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Experience
