We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Creative Services Manager to join our team, operating at the crossroads of creativity and technology. This role demands a unique blend of leadership, project management, creative thinking, design, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will oversee offshore projects while actively contributing as an individual expert, providing hands-on support to both creative and development endeavors. This dual-role position is pivotal in maintaining project timelines, managing internal and external offshore resources, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes that meet both creative and technical specifications. The successful candidate will also play a key role in collaborating with internal and external US stakeholders.

The Creative Services Manager will be a part of the Digital Innovation and Marketing Operations Team (DIMO) and report to the Director of Modular Content.  DIMO’s mission is to drive digital transformation within the commercial organization that is rooted in continual enhancements focused on a digital-first mindset, which uses a test & learn culture while balancing operational effectiveness and personalized omni channel customer engagement supporting Azurity’s commitment to ACE (Azurity Commercial Excellence) as we  Serve Overlooked Patients.

Partnering closely with their US based DIMO colleagues and the brand leads, this individual will also work with cross-functional team members in PMRC (Azurity MLR process), COAi (Commercial Operations, Analytics, and Insights)  and Digital to ensure that business imperatives are supported though the development and execution of best-in-class practices and tactics.  

 

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Coordination:

Build, share, drive and maintain timelines for all creative campaign deliverables.

Partner with key business leaders and stakeholders to develop and maintain the strategic and tactical vision of the content ecosystem within the Digital Asset Management( DAM) Platform.

Track campaign deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time.

Coordinate with rest of DIMO and ensure clear communication and collaboration.

  • Resource Management

Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Ensure appropriate use of internal and external offshore resources based on overall DIMO workload.  Examine and refine processes and workflows to maximize creative resource capacity and ensure projects are successfully completed on time and within scope.

  • Stakeholder Communication:

Maintain clear and open communication with internal teams, and other stakeholders.

Manage relationships with internal and external parties, ensuring collaboration and addressing any concerns or feedback.

Act as primary contact between offshore partners and DIMO

Partner directly with offshore external resources 

Assist in coaching / leading  internal offshore team.

  • Creative/Technical Liaison:

Bridge the gap between creative and technical teams, understanding the unique needs and constraints of each.

Actively participate in creative and technical discussions, providing hands-on contributions to both areas.

  • Quality Assurance:

Ensure that offshore deliverables meet both the highest creative and technical standards.

Conduct regular reviews to identify and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree, in a related field; project management certification (PMP) preferred
  • Minimum of 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech and/or life science related digital marketing experience (Agency experience welcome) 
  • In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and CRM methodologies
  • Strong technical acumen with Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Digital Asset Management(DAM) Platforms and Veeva, including the ability to leverage these platforms to enhance customer engagement.
  • Attention to detail and follow-through on execution required. 
  • Demonstrated project management skills required. 
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 
  • Passion for creating personalized content and implement innovative ideas to increase customer engagement and digital excellence. 
  • Understanding / experience in modular content required
  • Ability to function as a leader by building strong working relationships built on clarity, collaboration, empathy, reliability, and simplicity required.
  • Strong Understanding of Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) process. At Azurity we call it PMRC
  • Ability to apply strong quantitative skills with an ability to set KPIs and measure content development process.
  • Experience working with digital agencies and offshore internal and external partners.
  • Functional knowledge and expertise on digital marketing platforms  - Veeva and Sales Force Marketing Cloud
  • Inquisitive, strong analytical skills, including the ability to infer and apply learnings. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
