Roles and responsibilities:
You will be joining our Hyderabad-based HR shared services team as the Team Lead. In this critical position, you will help us build and refine global processes, in support of our company's employees, globally. From onboarding to offboarding, from attracting talent to exiting talent, this managerial position leads “the team” that makes it happen. Eye for detail, through understanding of process flows, data integrity, people analytics and strong partnership skills are all necessary to flourish in this position. You will have to:
- Retain and engage high performing team members, mentor and coach to deliver best in class HR services
- Build a process oriented, robust HR operations team mastering employee data, ensuring compliance with country laws and adhering to company policies.
- Review checklists related to HR processes such as onboarding, employee transitions, and exit procedures.
- Ensure all HR related documentation is up to date, including employment contracts, policy updates, and compliance-related documents.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, performance management cycles, and training programs.
- Provide general HR support, answering employee inquiries and resolving any HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided to payroll teams.
- Monitor and support employee benefits administration, including health insurance, leave management, and other employee-related benefits.
Preferred qualification & pre-requisite skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Overall experience spanning across HR Operations; establishing SLAs, designing and implementing systems and processes and building a high performing team.
- Hands on working knowledge in HR Shared Services or as an HRBP with strong project management skills.
- Experienced in working within a fast-paced environment with ever changing priorities
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, employee benefits, and compliance – working knowledge in ADP preferred.
- Experience managing IT services-related hiring and HR operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in HRMIS, Data Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working in a geographically dispersed and diverse workforce, with an ability to influence, challenge and engage stakeholders across regions.
