Brief team/department description:

The Omnichannel Sr Analyst will be a part of the Digital Innovation and Marketing Operations Team (DIMO) and report to the Director of Customer Engagement and Experieince. DIMO’s mission is to drive digital transformation within the commercial organization that is rooted in continual enhancements focused on a digital-first mindset, which uses a test & learn culture while balancing operational effectiveness and data driven personalized omni channel customer engagement supporting Azurity’ s commitment to ACE (Azurity Commercial Excellence), as we Serve Overlooked Patients.

As Sr Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in measuring and supporting omnichannel engagement strategy and execution. You will lead efforts to streamline our leading indicator strategy and consistently providing initial lagging indicators like script lift analysis to allow for timely directional level metrics allowing the team to optimize or change course of our customer engagement campaigns.

Principle Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis
  • Gathers, organizes, and sorts data to develop complex data models for the department, business unit staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Accesses structured and unstructured systems across the organization, utilizing coding efforts where needed to meet testing requirements.
  • Provides effective and timely communications on findings. Evaluates department strategies to develop and implement sound data analysis processes and results for staff, management, and other stakeholders.
• Reporting
  • Analyzes and produces timely reports for senior management and other stakeholders regarding risks, trends, patterns, and exceptions.
  • Develops business intelligence/data visualization solutions that appropriately represent findings as needed.
  • Owns the compiling, preparing, and completing of script lift analysis, and other directional metrics to measure campaign or tactics effectiveness.
• Business Support
  • Identifies, prioritizes, develops, documents, and implements strategic-use cases to support data analysis outcomes, processes, and other requirements.
  • Responsible for all components of project execution and stakeholder engagement.
  • Works across departments and with functional management as needed to recommend timelines and set expectations.
• Operational Support
  • Provides support to the DIMO team and key stakeholders regarding technical inquiries serving as a subject matter expert.
  • Partners with the Global Business Insights team as they develop and run ROI analysis of our programs

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in modern data engineering and analysis
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python
• Experience with Snowflake and PostgreSQL
• Exposure to agile methodologies
• Experience with Palantir Foundry is a strong plus
