Brief team/department description:

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly skilled IT Application Analyst to support and optimize our suite of HR and corporate systems. This role covers Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone, SumTotal), HCM/HRMS (ADP), Greenhouse (ATS), SAP Concur (Expense/Travel), Halo (ITSM), JIRA, and ACE (Azurity Celebrating Excellence Rewards).

You will be responsible for configuration, workflow management, vendor coordination, license optimization, integrations, and end-user support, ensuring each platform operates securely, efficiently, and in compliance with internal IT SOPs and regulatory requirements (including GxP systems where applicable).

Key Responsibilities

Application Configuration & Administration

  • Configure and maintain workflows, dashboards, notifications in:
    • LMS (Cornerstone, SumTotal) – curricula, certifications, approvals
    • HCM/HRMS (ADP) – employee data, workflows, reporting structures
    • Greenhouse ATS – hiring flows and integration with ADP
    • SAP Concur – expense policies and approval hierarchies
    • Halo (ITSM) & JIRA – issue tracking, custom fields, workflows

 Integrations & Data Flow

  • Monitor and support integrations (API, SFTP, SCIM) between ADP, Cornerstone, Greenhouse, Concur, and others.
  • Validate field mappings and proactively fix sync errors.

Contract Tracking & License Optimization

  • Track and manage contracts with LMS, HRMS, ATS, ITSM vendors.
  • Monitor license utilization, identify under‑usage, and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Support renewal planning with accurate usage and optimization data.

Roles & Privilege Governance

  • Configure and review RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) in each system.
  • Enforce segregation of duties and least‑privilege access.
  • Conduct quarterly access reviews and document approvals.

 IT SOPs & Audit Trail for GxP

  • Create and maintain IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for configuration changes, access management, and incident/change control.
  • Ensure audit trails are enabled and maintained for GxP‑regulated applications (e.g., LMS Cornerstone).
  • Support internal/external audits with documented evidence.

 Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as primary point of contact for vendors, track SLAs, and manage escalations.
  • Align system features with HR, Finance, QA, and IT stakeholder needs.

 Troubleshooting & Support

  • Provide Level 2/3 support for issues, investigate root causes, and implement fixes.
  • Maintain a knowledge base for common issues and solutions.

 Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement automation to streamline workflows across platforms.
  • Deliver dashboards (Power BI/ADP Analytics/LMS Reporting) for KPI tracking.
  • Participate in governance forums to propose and implement enhancements.

Key Skills & Experience

 Must-Have

  • 6–8 years of administration and support experience in Cornerstone/SumTotal LMS, ADP, and at least one of Greenhouse, SAP Concur, Halo, JIRA.
  • Proven experience in license optimization and contract tracking.
  • Strong knowledge of RBAC and security best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with IT SOPs, audit trails, and GxP compliance.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

  • ITIL certification or similar.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry (GxP).
  • Familiarity with JIRA administration, Boards Creation, Reports and ITSM processes.
  • Exposure to reporting/analytics for license and operational dashboards.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Vendor certifications (Cornerstone Administrator, ADP credentials) are a plus.

Location: Full Onsite, Shift Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST Coverage India, Europe, US
