The Senior Manager, Enterprise Metrics & Reporting is responsible for operationalizing enterprise performance frameworks and translating complex, cross-functional data into clear, decision-ready insights. This role serves as a critical extension of the US-based function, owning end‑to‑end analytical execution, enterprise reporting deliverables, and insight development that supports executive leadership, enterprise forums, and Board-facing materials.

The role balances analytical rigor, enterprise thinking, and executive storytelling, ensuring leaders have timely, consistent, and actionable views of performance aligned to strategy and priorities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Enterprise Performance & Analytics

  • Own the development, maintenance, and refinement of enterprise performance dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting aligned to enterprise frameworks defined by leadership.
  • Provide the business with the necessary resources to have meaningful discussions on trends, risks, and trade-offs across financial and strategic dimensions.
  • Ensure consistency across metrics, assumptions, and performance narratives used in enterprise leadership materials.
  • Translate complex, multi-source data into clear insights and implications, not just results.

Executive & Enterprise Storytelling

  • Develop executive-ready materials for ELT, Board, and enterprise leadership forums.
  • Anticipate leadership questions and proactively build analysis and context to support decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership to evolve performance narratives that clearly link strategy, priorities, and outcomes.

Cross‑Functional Partnership

  • Act as a key interface with Finance, BP&A, EPMO, Commercial, and Operations to gather inputs, validate insights, and align enterprise interpretations of performance.
  • Coordinate inputs from multiple data sources into a concise reporting output.
  • Help develop/create SOPs that will be leveraged to optimize efficiency and instill a high level of confidence in the accuracy of the reports being published.

Standards, Quality, & Enablement

  • Apply and reinforce enterprise reporting standards, analytical approaches, and quality thresholds set by the Chief of Staff.
  • Continuously improve efficiency, clarity, and impact of enterprise performance reporting.
  • Mentor analysts or managers supporting enterprise performance work, strengthening analytical rigor and storytelling capabilities.

Skills/Experience

  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization software
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus but not required
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large, complex, and imperfect datasets
  • Strong enterprise KPI and performance management experience
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency across metrics and narratives
