We are seeking a recruiter to join our team to help support U.S. commercial field sales hiring along with supporting a few Irish and Swiss based professional roles. As a recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle with a focus on excellent customer service and candidate care. You will be based in our Dublin, Ireland office where we work in-office Tuesday through Thursday with Monday and Friday optional in-office work days. You will need to work U.S. Eastern Time Zone working hours to support the U.S. commercial team that has field sales positions across the United States. You will be expected to source and present high quality candidates while meeting aggressive timelines during our recruitment sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for U.S.-based sales professional and leadership roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer support, and close.
  • Partner closely with U.S. hiring managers to understand role requirements, success profiles, and hiring priorities.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, market mapping, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews with a strong focus on communication skills, experience depth, and cultural alignment.
  • Present well-qualified candidate slates with clear, insightful assessments to support hiring decisions.
  • Manage multiple concurrent requisitions while maintaining speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with Azurity recruiting policies, data privacy standards, and applicable employment regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with global TA colleagues to ensure consistent processes and best practices.
  • Provide regular status updates, pipeline insights, and risk flags to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success recruiting professional-level roles. We prefer if you have Pharma Sales or B2B sales recruitment experience. Even better if you have supported these roles in the United States.
  • An obsession with Customer-Service and candidate care. We want recruiters who ensure a great experience from both the hiring manager and candidate perspective.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing high-volume and/or complex professional requisitions simultaneously.
  • We prefer a familiarity with U.S. recruiting practices, candidate expectations, and hiring manager partnership models.
  • Ability to afternoon / evening shift hours aligned to U.S. time zones on a sustained basis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting in pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries.
  • Experience using modern applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
