Role Purpose
The Senior Manager, Business Analytics & Insights leads the analytics and performance management capability for Azurity Europe & International. The role drives commercial visibility, KPI discipline, business decision support, forecasting insights, launch analytics, performance reporting and executive-level dashboards across direct and partner-led markets.

Strategic Context
- Azurity Europe & International is shifting to a franchise-led model across Oncology, Core Brands, ARGO and CNS.
- CBEs own franchise strategy, brand strategy, portfolio priorities and launch sequencing. · Regional Commercial Leads own market P&L, business planning and in-year execution.
- Commercial Operations provides the operating backbone through performance management, KPI visibility, analytics, forecasting support and execution tracking.
- Initial priorities include Oncology launch support, business integration, Core Brand performance visibility, commercial forecasting support and scalable reporting capabilities.
Position Summary
The Senior Manager leads Business Analytics & Insights across Europe and International Markets, including performance reporting, KPI tracking, executive dashboards, launch analytics, forecasting support, demand visibility and commercial decision support.
The role serves as a trusted business partner to CBEs, Commercial Operations, Regional Commercial Leads, Finance and Supply Chain, ensuring consistent visibility into commercial performance, portfolio progress, launch readiness and growth opportunities.
The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on analytics leadership, transforming data into decision-ready recommendations and ensuring leadership teams have the information required to prioritize resources, address risks and accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Analytics & Performance Management
- Lead Business Analytics & Insights as a core component of the Europe & International Commercial Operations organization.
- Own performance reporting, KPI tracking, executive dashboards, tracking sheets and Performance Deck development.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual business performance reviews.
- Monitor market, franchise, brand and portfolio performance across direct and distributor markets.
- Identify risks, opportunities, trends and corrective actions to support business growth.
- Establish clear performance measurement standards and governance processes.
Business Decision Support
- Support business planning and strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis.
- Develop financial and commercial models to evaluate growth initiatives.
- Support Commercial Leads and CBEs with market prioritization, opportunity assessments and resource allocation decisions.
- Quantify commercial opportunities, portfolio investments and business cases. · Provide analytical support for franchise reviews, portfolio planning and leadership discussions.
- Partner closely with Finance to improve visibility into business drivers and performance outcomes.
Forecasting & Demand Planning Support
- Support forecasting processes across Europe & International markets. · Analyze forecast assumptions, performance trends and variance drivers.
- Partner with Finance, Regional Commercial Leads and Supply Chain to improve forecast visibility and accuracy.
- Develop tools and reporting that improve forecast transparency and accountability.
- Support S&OP discussions with commercial performance insights and demand analytics.
Launch Analytics & Portfolio Support
- Support launch readiness and post-launch performance management for Oncology and future growth products.
- Develop launch dashboards, milestone tracking tools and performance scorecards.
- Monitor product uptake, market activation, demand trends and portfolio performance.
- Provide analytics support for launch planning, expansion assessments and commercialization activities.
- Support Nildanzy, Lenalidomide, Contrave, Mysimba and future portfolio priorities.
Data, Reporting & Analytics Excellence
- Drive excellence in reporting, analytics and business intelligence processes.
- Ensure consistency across CRM, IQVIA, Power BI, distributor reports and internal reporting platforms.
- Improve automation, scalability and efficiency of reporting processes.
- Partner with CDIO, EDA/POD and Digital teams to strengthen analytics infrastructure and capabilities.
- Define reporting standards and executive visualization practices across the organization.
- Advance self-service reporting capabilities for commercial stakeholders.
Leadership & Capability Development
- Act as a player-coach who balances strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
- Mentor future analytics resources and support development of analytical capabilities across Commercial Operations.
- Promote a culture of ownership, accountability and data-driven decision making.
- Contribute to cross-functional strategic projects and operational initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement across performance management and business planning processes.

Qualifications and Experience Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing or related field required.
- MBA, MSc, MPH or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Experience
- 8-12+ years in pharmaceutical analytics, commercial operations, forecasting, sales operations, business intelligence or related commercial functions.
- Experience supporting commercial leadership teams within pharmaceutical or specialty healthcare organizations.
- Strong experience with KPI reporting, forecasting, dashboard development and executive decision support.
- Experience working across multiple countries, markets or franchises preferred.
- Launch support experience preferred.
- Experience supporting both affiliate and distributor business models preferred. Core Capabilities
