In this role, you'll configure, deploy, and maintain all connected devices across our organization, from our fulfillment center in Columbus, OH to corporate teams nationwide. You'll also provide critical support to our Corp IT Help Desk across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless operations wherever our teams work. This means building automation that eliminates manual work, continuously improving our managed IT systems, and serving as an escalation point for complex technical challenges. You'll be essential to the continued development, deployment, and ongoing support for both fulfillment center and corporate IT - driving innovation and ensuring our infrastructure scales with our growth. This is hands-on engineering work with significant strategic impact, perfect for someone who loves solving complex problems and making technology work better for everyone.

Who You Are

  • You bring 4-6+ years of hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS environments at scale, with deep expertise in both corporate and warehouse/distribution settings including Android wireless handhelds, network printers, and specialized operational technology
  • You have 4-6+ years administering enterprise SaaS platforms, with demonstrated expertise in Google Workspace and Okta (SSO, Lifecycle Management, Workflows), and you've successfully deployed and managed identity providers (IDP) and MDM systems (JAMF or Intune) including the full lifecycle of user provisioning, access management, and device configuration
  • You're proficient in shell scripting (Bash or PowerShell) and have built production-ready automation that measurably improved efficiency, and you have experience with Asset/Inventory Management and hardware lifecycle planning
  • You have working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and understand the unique IT requirements of distribution operations
  • Bonus points for experience with Cisco Meraki, Koerber One (formerly HighJump WMS), EDR/XDR, SOC experience, or cloud platforms (Azure/GCP/AWS)
  • You translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical audiences and thrive in collaborative environments with a "strong opinions, lightly held" approach to technical discussions
  • You're driven by problem-solving, bringing both creativity and technical rigor to challenges, and you're passionate about continuous improvement—actively seeking opportunities to enhance systems and processes
  • You're comfortable rolling up your sleeves when systems need hands-on attention, you support your team during critical incidents, and you're energized by mentoring others and helping teammates grow their technical skills
  • You're available during core business hours with flexibility for critical support across time zones, including participation in on-call rotation

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Engineering & Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain IT systems across both fulfillment center and corporate environments, with a focus on scalability, security, and automation. You'll be responsible for the ongoing evolution of our tech stack, ensuring it meets current needs while anticipating future requirements
  • Automation Leadership: Drive automation initiatives across the IT organization. Build scripts and workflows that eliminate manual processes, reduce ticket volume, and improve the employee experience. You'll identify opportunities for automation and lead their implementation
  • Technical Support Excellence: Provide expert-level troubleshooting for Windows, Mac OS, Android wireless devices, printers, and integrated applications. Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring rapid resolution with lasting solutions
  • Fulfillment Center Operations Support: Partner closely with our Columbus fulfillment center team to ensure seamless IT operations during business hours. You'll understand the unique needs of distribution center technology and ensure our systems support efficient fulfillment operations
  • System Administration: Manage and optimize our core IT platforms including Okta, JAMF/Intune, Google Workspace, Office 365, Mimecast, FreshService, Cisco Meraki, and Koerber One WMS. You'll handle advanced configuration, integration, and security policy implementation
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine IT processes and procedures, identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that improve service delivery and system reliability
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team to set technical direction, share knowledge, and ensure consistent standards across all systems and environments
  • Mentorship: Help develop the technical skills of team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
