Our Ways of Working

Babylist thrives as a remote-first company, with HQ team members located across the U.S. and Canada. We meet in person twice a year—once as a company and once by department to strengthen the relationships that power our work. We show up consistently, stay purpose-driven, leverage AI to amplify our impact, and achieve results—together, from anywhere.

Due to the nature of this role, we expect someone to be onsite at our SoHo, New York City Showroom 3–5 days per week. This is a hands-on, IRL-first role, and your physical presence in the showroom is essential to delivering excellent partner experiences.

What The Role Is

We are looking for a Showroom Partnerships Manager to join our Partnerships team at the Babylist NYC SoHo Showroom — our second flagship experiential space, set to open in Q3 2026 New York City. Building on the success and learnings from our Beverly Hills Showroom, the NYC Showroom is designed to deepen trust with families, drive registry conversion, and showcase Babylist’s leadership in the baby category in one of the most dynamic retail and media markets in the world. Building on the success of our Beverly Hills showroom, the NYC location is designed to build trust with families, increase registry conversions, and highlight Babylist’s leadership in the baby category in a key retail and media market.

In this role, you will be the primary executional partner contact for brands activating in the NYC Showroom, owning the day-to-day operations that bring our brand experiences to life. You will work with partners on their on-site product placement, partner showcases and brand pop-up activations. You will also engage with partners and guests during Registry Weekends, brand events and influencer showers, to ensure every partner execution is seamless, on-brand, and measurably impactful.

You will operate as both an external-facing brand partner and an internal cross-functional connector — collaborating closely with our Brand, Showroom Ops, Sales, Legal, Finance and Creative teams to keep every campaign on track and every partner relationship strong. This is an ideal role for an organized, client-obsessed self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, experiential environment and is excited to help build something truly new from the ground up.

Who You Are

  • Based in the New York City area, with the ability to work onsite at our SoHo Showroom 3–5 days per week during peak partner timing, with the option to work remote when partners aren’t in the Showroom.
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in experiential partnerships, account management, experiential marketing, integrated marketing, or media — ideally at a media company, agency, or brand with a strong IRL events or activations component.
  • Hands-on experience executing in-real-life (IRL) brand activations, experiential programs, pop-ups, or brand events, with a demonstrated ability to manage logistics and partner relationships.
  • Experience working with brand clients — agencies and advertisers — in an account management capacity, and a track record of delivering excellent partner customer service.
  • Proven ability to manage media or partnership campaigns end-to-end, including social and influencer amplification, with a sharp eye for reporting and identifying performance opportunities.
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets), Canva, order management tools, and project management tools such as Asana are a plus.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and collaborative — you thrive in a team environment and across cross-functional groups.
  • Great interpersonal skills: poise, tact, and diplomacy to navigate sensitive situations and client relationships with grace.
  • Excitement about helping build something new — the NYC Showroom is a ground-up effort and you’re energized by the opportunity to shape it.
  • A genuine love of experiential environments and the belief that in-person brand moments can be meaningful, memorable, and measurable.
  • You're comfortable and enthusiastic about working in an AI-forward environment where AI tools are part of daily operations
  • You embrace using technology to enhance your work while keeping people at the center

How You Will  Make an Impact

  • Serve as the primary executional partner contact for all NYC Showroom brand activations — owning day-to-day communication, logistics coordination, and contract fulfillment to deliver excellent partner customer service.
  • Manage and support partners both onsite and remotely to ensure accurate execution, quality control, and a seamless brand experience at every touchpoint.
  • Build strong, reliable relationships with brand contacts by anticipating needs, communicating proactively, and consistently delivering on commitments.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand and deepen partner engagements, surfacing upsell paths, renewal conversations, and new activation formats.
  • Own end-to-end execution and on-site management for all NYC Showroom programs, including registry weekends, pop-ups, brand events, and ongoing product placements.
  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless execution, strong partner experience, and accurate brand representation.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendors, and timelines across activations, proactively troubleshooting issues in real time with a solutions-oriented, partner-first approach.
  • Track, measure, analyze, and report on the performance of multiple brand partnership campaigns simultaneously, identifying trends and recommending optimizations.
  • Prepare and distribute detailed performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign activities, deliverables, and forecasts in relevant systems (Asana, Boostr, internal trackers).
  • Manage floor model programs, asset gathering, creation, production, and archiving for all NYC campaigns.
  • Organize and drive interdepartmental workflow across Brand, Showroom Ops, Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure all campaign elements are handled according to process and on schedule.
  • Collaborate closely with the Showroom Partnerships Lead and the Beverly Hills team to apply proven frameworks and learnings to the NYC market.
  • Contribute to the build-out of NYC-specific processes, templates, and workflows — helping establish a scalable operational foundation for our second flagship showroom.
  • Deliver against multiple simultaneous tasks with excellence and precision, operating with focused urgency and a transparent, communicative approach.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
