Don Kennedy Roofing is hiring a Roof Repair Technician to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands roofing systems (or similar trades), works well with tools, and can identify issues and fix them the right way—not just patch them.

What You’ll Earn

What You’ll Do

  • Identify roof leaks and structural damage
  • Perform roof repairs (cracks, defects, damaged areas) using proper materials
  • Complete routine maintenance and roof cleanings
  • Remove debris from roofs and surrounding property
  • Conduct roof assessments and document findings
  • Create reports with notes, photos, and videos
  • Communicate clearly with customers, foremen, and supervisors
  • Follow all company policies and safety standards

What Your Day Looks Like

  • Start your day at our Nashville office with your team
  • Travel to commercial job sites
  • Diagnose issues and complete repairs
  • Document your work with photos and notes
  • Wrap up jobs and prepare for the next day

Who This Job Is Great For

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be able to pass a background screen
  • Experience in roofing or a similar hands-on trade
  • Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
  • Reliable and shows up on time
  • Takes pride in doing quality work
  • Valid driver’s license preferred

Location & Travel

  • This role requires coming to the Wernersville office 2-3 times per week for supplies
  • You’ll travel to job sites throughout the area
  • We welcome candidates from surrounding areas 
  • As long as you’re comfortable commuting to Wernersville, we’d love to hear from you

 

 

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure

Compensation for this role may be provided as hourly pay, salary, commission, piece-rate, bonuses, incentives, or a combination of these methods, depending on the position. The “Target Hourly Compensation” listed reflects our good-faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay for this role, based on factors such as experience, skills, candidate geographic location, state the job is located in, historical trends, and business needs. Actual earnings may vary.

Target Hourly Compensation:

$24 - $30 USD
