The Role:
As a contact center representative designated to our Lowe's team, you are the first voice and impression customers have of our partnership with Lowe’s. You’ll play a critical role in delivering a seamless, professional experience—from the initial inquiry through scheduling and follow-up—ensuring every customer interaction reflects the quality and reliability of our brand.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and takes pride in turning inquiries into well-coordinated service experiences.
What You’ll Do:
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, as well as chats and emails from warm leads
Customer Experience & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Lowe’s customers across phone, email, web, and text channels
- Provide clear, accurate information on services, timelines, and next steps
- Handle questions, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Create a positive, solution-oriented experience in every interaction
Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule inspections, estimates, and service appointments with accuracy and efficiency
- Confirm appointment details and ensure all required information is captured
- Partner closely with sales and operations teams to align schedules and maximize efficiency
Customer Journey Ownership
- Guide customers from initial inquiry through appointment completion
- Proactively communicate updates, changes, or delays
- Follow up to ensure satisfaction and resolution of any outstanding issues
Systems & Data Management
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction notes in CRM systems
- Ensure data quality to support visibility across teams and reporting needs
Sales Support
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through additional services or solutions
- Support the transition from inquiry to scheduled appointment, helping drive booked opportunities
What You Bring:
- Prior experience in a call center, customer service, inside sales, or appointment-setting role
- Experience with home services or retail partnerships like Lowe’s a plus
- Strong phone presence with the ability to influence, persuade, and guide conversations
- Comfort handling high call volumes while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Ability to balance service mindset with performance-driven goals
- Coachable, accountable, and motivated by metrics and incentives
- Experience using CRM and phone systems (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable working on-site
Schedule:
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Typical schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Weekday shifts are on-site ; Saturdays required, but work from home
- Sunday off + one additional weekday off (Tuesday–Friday)
- Reliable internet and ability to work remotely on Saturdays required
- Consistent attendance and schedule adherence are essential for success in this role
Compensation: Competitive hourly base ($23-25 / hour) + performance based commission

Target Hourly Compensation:
$23 - $25 USD
