Installation Manager 

The Roofing Installation Manager is responsible for leading the successful execution of residential roofing and exterior construction projects from pre-construction through final completion. This role oversees job-site safety, installation quality, scheduling coordination, subcontractor performance, and customer satisfaction while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to company standards.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Oversee residential roofing and exterior installation projects from pre-construction through final completion
  • Coordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors, equipment, and permits to ensure projects are installation-ready
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and resolving issues as needed
  • Conduct job-site inspections to ensure installation quality, safety compliance, and adherence to company and manufacturer standards
  • Lead subcontractors and crews to maintain productivity, workmanship quality, and professional job-site standards
  • Manage change orders, project documentation, and project closeout activities, including final walkthroughs and customer reviews
  • Identify and resolve project challenges quickly to maintain timelines, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain safe and organized job sites in compliance with company policies and applicable safety regulations
  • Manage multiple active projects simultaneously while maintaining strong communication and attention to detail
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and customer experience

Qualifications 

Required:  

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the construction industry with demonstrated expertise in roofing and siding installations.
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate a company vehicle and maintain insurability under the Company’s Commercial Auto Policy.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and execute project documents, specifications, and installation drawings.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like ServiceTitan and Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Preferred: 

  • CDL license designation

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure

Compensation for this role may be provided as hourly pay, salary, commission, piece-rate, bonuses, incentives, or a combination of these methods, depending on the position. The “Target Salary Compensation” listed reflects our good-faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay for this role, based on factors such as experience, skills, candidate geographic location, state the job is located in, historical trends, and business needs. Actual earnings may vary.

Where required by law, we also provide a general description of benefits and other forms of compensation offered, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other employee programs.

 

Target Salary Compensation:

$65,000 - $75,000 USD
