
Manager of GTM Systems and Strategy - LATAM

Backblaze is looking for a Manager, GTM Systems & Strategy to drive the evolution of our go-to-market tech stack and support scalable growth across Marketing and Sales. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing the systems that power our revenue engine—ensuring they are well-integrated, data-rich, scalable and aligned with strategic priorities.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, BI, and GTM teams to build and maintain efficient, scalable processes. You’ll evaluate current tools and integrations, propose improvements, and help shape the roadmap for our revenue systems—balancing tactical execution with long-term strategic thinking.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the architecture, integration, and optimization of Backblaze’s GTM systems within the broader RevOps framework, from configuring advanced Google Tags and monitoring website uptime to ensuring ZoomInfo is passing proper ICP data and everything in between.
- Bring efficiency to the go-to-market teams by owning the technical setup and management of marketing and sales tools (i.e., working with the sales team to troubleshoot configuration issues)
- Partner with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Monitor the performance and health of our GTM platforms and integrations, diagnosing issues including field mappings from our Data Warehouse and other sources, maintain high standards of data integrity
- Manage the roadmap for revenue systems to meet Marketing and Sales requirements at scale (e.g., HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Gong)
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve workflows, reduce friction, and increase GTM efficiency
- Drive strategic decisions around system design, data flow, and process automation
- Proactively identify gaps and opportunities in our tech stack and recommend enhancements and optimizing our tech stack (i.e., eliminate redundant tooling and driving usage of new features/functionality where it makes sense)
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement and support integrations and APIs that drive scale for Sales and Marketing efforts
- Own documentation, change management, and vendor management for the RevOps tech stack
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging tools to ensure our systems evolve with business needs
- Work with IT and other internal teams on vendor renewals, upgrades and contracts
The Right Fit:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing or revenue operations, with a strong background in systems management
- Deep familiarity with modern GTM tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo suite and related MarTech/SalesTech platforms
- Advanced Salesforce and Hubspot development experience preferred
- Advanced Google Tag Manager, Snowflake, BigQuery configuration experience preferred
- Strong understanding of RevOps principles and how technology supports revenue growth
- Experience building and optimizing system architectures and integrations in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Demonstrated success managing complex technical projects with business impact
- Hands-on experience with APIs, automation, and data workflows; development experience preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams and translate technical solutions into business outcomes
- Experience working cross functionally with product and engineering, data warehouse and operational functions, and marketing owners
- High attention to detail and a drive for operational excellence
- Thrives in ambiguity and can create paved roads from dirt paths
