About The Role

Baidu AI Solution is seeking an AI Solutions Product Operations Manager to oversee the operational success of AI products across their lifecycle. You will analyze product performance, develop strategies to enhance user engagement and adoption, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives. This role is ideal for a data-driven, detail-oriented professional with experience in product operations for AI or SaaS products, strong project management skills, and a proven ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive product growth and operational excellence.

 

Job Responsibilities

1. Product Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products, from launch to iteration, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
  • Monitor product performance metrics, user adoption rates, and customer feedback to guide improvement plans.

2. Operational Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute product operation strategies to enhance user engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Drive initiatives to optimize product usage and customer satisfaction through data-driven decision-making.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, R&D, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product delivery and operation.
  • Coordinate resources to implement new features, updates, and operational campaigns.

4. Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze product usage data, operational KPIs, and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Provide actionable insights to support product optimization and strategic planning.

5. Market & Competitive Monitoring

  • Track industry trends, AI technology developments, and competitor offerings to inform product operation strategies.
  • Recommend adjustments to maintain competitive advantage.

6. Process Optimization

  • Design and refine operational processes, workflows, and SOPs to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and quality standards.

 

Qualifications

  • 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in product operations, preferably in AI, SaaS, cloud computing, or data-driven products.
  • Strong understanding of AI product features, user journeys, and business application scenarios.
  • Proven ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and tasks.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in our Mountain View office
