About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual for the position of Strategic Account Manager. As a key member of our Global Business Team, this strategic position will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, conducting market research, and developing effective sales strategies. The successful candidate must have strong client facing skills, excellent account management abilities, and a deep understanding of project management.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB/corporate clients through effective account management 
  • Build strong client relationships through regular communication, strategic guidance, and proactive support
  • Be ready to generate and present campaign performance insights & strategic recommendations in the form of story-telling in client calls
  • Oversee ad campaign setup and optimization within the MediaGo DSP to ensure incremental revenue growth and client satisfaction
  • Provide clear, data-driven performance insights through regular reporting and strategic recommendations
  • Own the collaboration among internal teams and participate in team meetings and contribute to support overall team & individual objectives and client success
  • Own client-facing activities such as campaign briefings, status calls, and reports
  • Stay current on #AdTech trends, platform updates, and best practices to improve campaign execution & platform user experience
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and upsell opportunities 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in B2B ad sales or account management
  • Strong client facing skills and the ability to build & maintain relationships
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a must
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to be a self-starter & a team player
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with the OKR Framework is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in our Mountain View office
